How to Place an Order from Elvenkrafte Studios

 Lay-Away Plan Terms

• Layaway is available on orders over $150 including orders of multiple items. If you need to use a layaway to make a purchase, please request a Layaway HOLD.
  

• Layaway payment can only be accepted by check or money order.  If payment through paypal is necessary, then the receiving fees charged to Elvenkrafte Studios will be added on to the total purchase price to be paid by buyer.
  

• An initial down payment of 1/3 plus shipping fee is required within ten days of confirming the order.
  

• The initial deposit of 1/3 of the order total is NON-REFUNDABLE in the case of a cancelled order.
  

• The second 1/3 payment is due thirty days after the down payment, and the remaining balance is due in sixty days.
  

• More flexible schedules may be made on request.
  

• Please mark YOUR calendar in advance of the due dates and make the payments on schedule as no reminders are sent.
  

• DEFAULT of Layaway: Layaways are in default when the down payment is not received within the ten day hold period or when the payments are not received within five days of the due dates. In the event of a layaway being cancelled by the buyer prior to my receipt of the final payment, the initial 1/3 down payment WILL NOT BE REFUNDED and the items will be re-listed as available for sale on the website. Any additional amounts that have been paid will be refunded.
  

•  If payments are not made in a timely manner, your order may be cancelled and the items returned as available for sale. The Default of Layaway policy will then be in effect and the original 1/3 deposit will be forfeited, all other payment amounts will be refunded. We do not send out payment reminders, it is your responsibility to schedule and keep track of payment due dates.

We are currently in the process of working Paypal buttons into the website, although we already DO accept Paypal payments as well as personal checks and money orders.

Shipping via US First Class Mail as well as insurance via US First Class Mail is included in the selling price of all items here at Elvenkrafte Studios except in the case of purchases on the layaway plan.  If you prefer shipping via other methods, such as US Priority Mail or International Shipping methods, you must first contact Brad at the email address above for further charges.
